Everyone wants a cool avi pic or signature file but some don't know enough about it. Come to this forum and ask.
In order to make those kind of things, you need a GOOD graphics program, and Paint that comes with Windows isn't it... Here's a good FREE program that zillions around the world are using. This link is for the Windows version, but there are also Mac OSX and Unix versions - GIMP Graphics Program
